Ron came to Gridiron from the real estate market, and is currently a national recruiter for South Texas and Austin area. In 2014, Ron shattered all previous Family Heritage records by protecting more families in any given week, any given month, and topped it off by breaking the record for most sales in a year, then had ever been done in the 25 year history of the company, and then, did it AGAIN in 2015.
Ron has followed that up by quickly growing the largest organization in the south Texas valley, and is training new agents to learn to do the same.
